Yes, all prices shown are in US dollars

What if I want to change my plan?

When you upgrade your plan, changes are applied immediately. When you downgrade your plan, changes are applied at the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 15 days prior to the next invoice date. Please initiate your request verbally through a Kakbima representative.

What types of accounts can I have on Kakbima?

Kakbima offers personal user/policyholder accounts, as well as business accounts that are are grouped to business user/policyholder, captive agents, independents agents, brokers, micro-insurers and insurers.

What type of support do you provide?

We offer extensive online and call-in support from our hand picked team or you can email us anytime. You can also enjoy 24-7 live chat, online help resources.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. When you pay for Kakbima annually, you'll receive a discount from the monthly cost. This option is available when you select a plan in your account settings or a plan during signup.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Mobile money (MPESA), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact [email protected]

How long are your contracts?

You are not bound by any contracts or commitments. The Kakbima platform is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), so you can make changes to your plan whenever you need to.
